TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Please read this document carefully the following terms and conditions apply when using Greece Tailor Made services.
Payment:
In full should be received no later than 7 days prior to the date of your excursion. Except where other terms have been agreed.
Deposits are used to ensure that both Greece Tailor Made, its partners and the client
are mutually bound to fulfill the reservation.
Upon completion of the reservation you will receive a confirmation email and once payment has been cleared you will receive a voucher with full details of your excursion, tour or transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the date of reservation an administration fee of 10% will be charged.
Cancellation within 7 days or less prior to the reserved date a cancellation fee of 60% will be charged.
Notice of cancellation & acknowledgement of receipt can only be received via email.
In the event that a cruise ship does not dock as planned a full 100% refund will be returned.
Disputes:
The Law of The Hellenic Republic of Greece will prevail.
Force Majeure
We will do our utmost to abide by the terms of the reservation the vehicle and/or itinerary may change due to reasons beyond our control. You will be fully informed as to the underlying reasons and alternatives if available will be offered. At no time will compensation be paid or requested from Greece Tailor Made or its associates.
Privacy Policy
No information will be shared, sold or distributed in any way.
Common Sense
Yes we do use it, we may at our entire discretion amend any of the conditions above except the clause of Disputes.
